 Terms of Usage

  • Two Leaps Enterprise is not responsible for any losses or damages pertaining to the usage of Take The Leap services.

  • Unless reviewed and approved by our team prior, all payments made for events for profiles that do not align with the Event’s description; be it age, religion, ethnicity or other backgrounds, Two Leaps Enterprise are not liable and are not obligated to provide any refunds.

  • We have a right to bar you from events or even escort you out of events and not issue you a refund should you behave inappropriately i.e. using abusive language, harassing others, bullying others, or discriminating against others etc. We do not stand for and condemn such behaviors.

Refund Policy

  • Should an event ticket be sold, a refund is strictly not allowed for whatsoever reasons should the participant inform Take The Leap within 72 hours of the event unless the event is cancelled/postponed by Take The Leap due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Unless reviewed and approved by our team in advance, all payments made for event registrations where the participant’s profile does not align with the stated event criteria, including but not limited to age, religion, or ethnicity are non-refundable. Take the Leap is not liable and is under no obligation to issue a refund in such cases.

  • By registering and attending our event, participants acknowledge and accept that participation in the event; including but not limited to event facilitation, consuming provided food and beverages, and partaking in matchmaking activities, does not guarantee any specific outcome. As such, once a participant has attended and engaged in that event, no refunds will be issued, regardless if the matchmaking outcomes were favorable or not.

    In addition, no partial or full refunds will be granted to participants who choose to leave midway through the event for any reason.

  • For no-shows, there is strictly no refunds allowed.

  • For participants who are unable to make it and have informed Take The Leap prior to 72 hours before the event, we allow credit transfer to our other events / to another friend. Kindly contact hi@twoleaps.com or WhatsApp us at (+60) 011-2641-0620

  • Should there be an event of cancellation/postponement by Take The Leap, please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed.

  • Upon a successful refund, the participant will receive an email or a call from Take The Leap pertaining to the refund status.

  Delivery Policy

  • Sale of event ticket will be operated for at least 3 weeks prior to the event commencement.

  • Upon successful payment by the customer, the customer shall receive a confirmation email.

  • The customer is to bring a valid identifying document (i.e. IC, Driving License or Passport) in order to check in at the event.
