Terms and Conditions

For your best First Date Ever!

1. Event Participation

  • Participation is by invitation or approval only and subject to TTL’s matchmaking vetting process.

  • Once a match is confirmed, both parties will be prompted to make full payment to TTL to secure their seats.

  • Date slots for the Table for Two campaign may be selected at any time between August 9th and 10th, between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Each couple is permitted to dine for a maximum duration of 3 hours.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals after payment has been made.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • If a participant’s match withdraws more than 3 days before the event and the participant chooses not to proceed with the dining experience, a 100% refund will be issued to the participant only.

  • If a participant’s match cancels within 3 days of the event or fails to show up, a 50% refund will be issued to the participant whether or not they decide to proceed with the dining experience.

  • More than 12 days prior to the event, if a participant’s match cancels, TTL will attempt to find a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement is found, TTL will offer the unmatched participant the option to bring a friend to enjoy the experience in their place.

3. Food & Customisations

  • Participants are responsible for informing TTL of any dietary restrictions during registration.

  • GRBG will do its best to accommodate needs within the curated menu.

  • Any items beyond the curated menu that are ordered will be at the expense of the party placing the order.

  • The curated menu includes one choice of beverage.

  • Food takeaways are not permitted in accordance with GRBG's service and freshness standards.

4. Rescheduling or Event Changes

  • TTL and GRBG reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health restrictions, venue limitations, or natural disasters).

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made to TTL no longer than 48 hours after agreeing to their proposed match.

  • The fee includes matchmaking services, one curated 3-course meal, and a selected beverage.

  • A commitment fee of RM100 applies for candidates outside the Table for Two campaign.

6. Dress Code & Etiquette

  • Dress code: Semi-formal or Smart Casual. Strictly no flip-flops, shorts, muscle tees, or ripped jeans.

  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All participant identities will be kept strictly confidential.

  • No identifying photos or videos will be shared without prior written consent.

8. Media Use & Branding

  • Event visuals (e.g., table setups, food, ambiance) may be shared by TTL and GRBG with approval.

  • Public-facing images will avoid identifiable features such as unique hair colors, visible tattoos, or birthmarks.
